Order Processing
All Cosy Chapter Shop orders are carefully prepared and packed by hand.
Orders for in-stock, pre-packed boxes are typically dispatched within 2-3 working days of the order being placed. This timeframe applies Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During busy periods or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch times may be slightly extended. If this happens, The Cosy Chapter Shop will always endeavour to communicate clearly.

Shipping Method
Orders are sent using a standard delivery service within the UK.

Please note that delivery times are provided as an estimate by the courier and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, The Cosy Chapter Shop cannot control courier delays.
