Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you change your mind, returns and exchanges are accepted.

Please contact The Cosy Chapter within 14 days of delivery. Any returns need to be unused, undamaged, repackaged securely and returned within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
